Havenhall Pty Limited is a privately owned Australian company. We are Australian distributors for Pigeon and New Beginnings. We distribute these products through various retail outlets. Any product prices featured on this website may differ from prices seen in other retail outlets.
HOW CAN I MAKE PAYMENT?
We accept Bankcard, Visa and Mastercard.
We also accept payment by cheque and postal money order. For payment other than credit card, mail your order and payment to our reply paid address (no postage stamp required within Australia):

Once we receive your payment in the mail, we will process your order. Please be sure to include all your contact details.
ARE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS SECURE?
We guarantee that every online purchase you make from our store is a secure transaction. Our site uses the strongest commercially available level of encryption, 128-bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL). This ensures that your transactions are secure and your information cannot be hijacked or redirected to anyone but Havenhall Pty Limited. WHAT IF I CHOOSE THE WRONG SIZE OR IT’S NOT WHAT I WANTED?
If you choose the wrong size or colour, you can exchange or claim a full refund within 30 days of purchasing most items* as long as the garment has not been worn. Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot exchange or refund underpants or any other item that has been worn.
All other items can be sent back to our reply paid address. Please ensure you attach a copy of your receipt, a note explaining why you would like to return the item and of course, your return address and telephone number.

*For hygiene reasons, we do not accept refund or exchange on underpants.
WHAT IS THE POSTAGE AND HANDLING FEE?
Freight quoted is for delivery within Australia only. For delivery within Australia, we have a flat postage and handling fee of $10.00 plus GST, which is an Express Service.
When you select a delivery address outside Australia, the freight component will be removed from your initial payment. Your credit card will be processed online for the items only. We will email you with freight costs once this has been calculated. If you agree to the freight costs, they will be charged to your card separately. If you wish to cancel the purchase, then the amount paid for the initial items will be refunded. Alternatively you may email us and ask for a delivery quote prior to proceeding with your transaction.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Within Australia, goods will be delivered to most areas within 7 - 14 working days. There may be circumstances where this time is not met such as out of stocks, delivery to remote areas, industry strikes or public holidays.
We may occasionally run of stock. If we are out of stock, a customer service representative will contact you by phone to advise when delivery is likely to take place or offer an alternative style or colour. Please ensure you include your daytime telephone number and/or email address.
For international orders, it may take a little longer, but we will endeavor to deliver as soon as we possibly can and provide an estimate time by email when we confirm your postage and handling fee.
